They are tender perennials but can easily be grown in cooler zones as an annual, and it's a quick and easy bloomer giving a wonderful display. The Osteospermum African Daisy blooms when the weather is cool, making them good color for early Spring. Only reaches 10 - 14 inches tall and 14 - 20 inches wide make it an excellent choice for the front of the border. Osteospermum Akila Grand Canyon Mix is a formulated blend of 2 - 3 inch daisy-like flowers in shades of cream, lavender, purple, rose-red, white, and yellow. In warm climates bloom from early Spring into Fall.
