This Cuisinart product is great for making paninis, grilled cheese sandwiches, and other grill-like dishes. It heats up nicely and maintains the heat throughout the grilling process, but the incessant ringing/bell sound can be annoying. It is also not suitable for frying eggs, bacon, and pancakes, as the top plate heats to the same temperature as the bottom plate. Despite these issues, it is still a great appliance for grilling and taking care of meals at home.
