The hot temperature of southern France in late summer is ideal for growing these Herbes, that include Thyme, Blue Lavender Flowers, Rosemary, Majoram, Fennel Seed, Savory, & Basil. Suggested Use: Herbes de Provence is a flavorful addition to dishes from the Mediterranean region in addition to French cuisines. Use in stews with baked tomatores or roast chicken, apply before grilling or baking to kabobs, chicken and white fish. Ingredients: Thyme, Blue Lavender Flowers, Rosemary, Majoram, Fennel Seed, Savory, & Basil. Basic Prep: Use Herbes de Provence as you would any dried herb. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons, whole or crushed, to your recipes as desired.
