Built as one of the most sophisticated AIS devices on the market, this easy to install system includes a NMEA 0183 data port and is also NMEA 2000 network compatible so connectivity to your boats current NMEA network is a breeze. A 72-channel GPS and GLONASS receiver is built into every MDA5 and Si-Tex also packages these with an external antenna for commercial vessels to ensure your position is accurate. The Automatic VDR (Voyage Data Recorder) is a standard function in every MDA 5H and will automatically save your past 30 days of voyage data.
