Thermo-Clad technology ensures efficient, uniform heating with no hot spots. Dent-resistant, hard-anodized aluminum body offers quick heat-up and cool-down. Durable PFOA-free nonstick coating inside and out for easy release and quick cleanup. Designed for use with metal utensils; dishwasher and oven safe. Patented tri-ply stainless-steel induction-compatible base is fully encapsulated and will never corrode. Induction-compatible base provides even heat distribution.
