The Countertop Convection Ovens model RM-5T by NU-VU. Heating efficiency is increased with its fully insulated design, while a V-Air® system consistently spreads heat throughout the cabinet. The fan can be shut down for heat recovery and retains heat via a microswitch. To prevent injury, the dual-pane, tempered glass door stays cool to the touch. The unit has solid-state controls that include an indicator light so users know the unit is on. Product Details. Holds (5) 18-in. x 26-in. or (10) 13-in. x 28-in. sheet pans. Stainless steel construction will not stain or scratch. Insulated to increase heat efficiency. V-Air system dispenses heat consistently for even cooking.
