This product is a great radio and good sounding unit that is small enough to fold up under the dash. It looks slick and the functions are great, but with it not being able to work with a CVO factory amplifier it can take the plug and play into a realm of a lie. It is plug and play and has great sound, but the menu gets complicated and there is no automatic volume control. It is expensive, but worth it for the sophisticated sound and convenience it provides.
