The Czechmark Trilogy® Weigela is a remarkable small shrub with profuse blooming in late spring and into summer, when most other plants are not flowering. It has extra-large blooms in abundance, and they are fragrant and attract hummingbirds. They open white, and then turn first pink and finally red, giving all three colors at the same time in every flower cluster. Some flowers will return in late summer too. Grow this 3-foot shrub in small beds as a specimen, or in large ones in the foreground, or for edging. Grow it along a path or driveway or use it in planters on a terrace. - Profuse blooming in late spring into summer - Extra-large blooms in abundance - Flowers open white, turn pink, and then red - Compact low growth for smaller spaces and edging - Easily grown even in colder zones Full sun will give you the best results from the Czechmark Trilogy® Weigela, but it will also tolerate a few hours of shade each day.
