One-Touch stainless-steel cleaning system with damper blades that cut through charcoal and funnel ashes into large-capacity ash catcher makes clean up fast and easy. Porcelain-enameled lid and bowl retain heat for consistent temperature and wont rust or peel. Lid holder keeps the lid on the side of the grill, so you can avoid placing it on the ground. Built-in lid thermometer lets you see the internal temperature of your grill and helps you know when to adjust the heat. Charcoal rails hold charcoal in place against the sides of the grill for indirect grilling and smoking. They can also be adjusted to the inside of the grill for high heat searing Tool hooks keep spatulas, tongs, cleaning brush, and other utensils handy.
