These burners are made of cast iron and sit under 12-inch by 12-inch grates. Operators can adjust the burner temperature with individual high/low knobs along the front.The base of this Black Diamond BDGR-60 commercial gas range features standard ovens. Each uses a bottom-mounted burner to heat the cavity instead of fan heat circulation. These oven cavities include two racks each, which are adjustable and removable depending on the pans and products.
