Another iconic model kit from Revell, this being the famous Boing 747 with a Space Shuttle on its back. What a sight it must have been, to see these two giants fly through the sky during the late 1970's. NASA famously used two Boeings 747 as Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (SCA) to bring the Space Shuttle to the Kennedy Space Center. Revell made it into a model kit that is now rather sought after. This kit was made in two sizes, this being the smallest of the two. Once completed, it measures 24.5 cm in length, with a wing span of 21.4 cm. The model sits in its original box, all parts in original seal. Decals and building instructions are included. All in perfect shape, the box shows a few traces of its age. See pictures. When shipped, it will be wrapped thoroughly to prevent any damage. I will use insured shipment only. If you buy more than 1 item, I will used combined shipping wherever I can.
