It is made from foam and the nose and hull come covered with plastic which protect the aircraft whilst landing on any surface. The Dynam Seawind also comes with an optional tricycle undercarriage system for those who are only flying off land. This aircraft is ideal not only for those wanting to takeoff and land on water, but to all intermediate flyers as it is a very stable platform and its top mounted motor stays well protected. It also has a large wing area and downturned wingtips which provide excellent low speed handling capabilities. The Dynam Seawind also makes for an ideal FPV platform as the canopy has plenty of room to take a camera and provides an unobstructed view forward of the canopy.
