Safety features are built in to protect the operator, such as sensors in the doors and a column blade that prevents operation if these components are not in place. If a power shortage occurs, the electric control system prevents the Skyfood SKGE meat and bone saw from automatically powering back on. An emergency button enables the user to immediately stop the saw motion. Product Details. Designed for use with any cut of meat. Sliding and stationary feeding tables. Thickness gauge plate can be adjusted for a specific meat thickness. Steel has a painted finish that fits into most themes. Stainless steel in the foodzone supports cleanup. Removable lower scrap pan catches bone dust. Doors, blade wheels, tables, and blade guard are removable to facilitate cleanup. Components are approved for food contact. Motor has thermal protection. Safe Operation. Blade guide guard above the cutting zone. Emergency button immediately halts the saw's motion. Electric control system prevents automatic power on after a power shortage.
