This variety can be propagated easily from stem cuttings. Each stem will grow up to 4.0' long. Burro's Tail is particularly striking when grown in hanging baskets or cascading out of pots. Like most succulents, Burro's tail needs great drainage system to thrive. Choose pots withe drainage holes and well drainage cactus and succulents soil for them. Water deeply enough for water to run out the drainage hole, then wait for the soil to fully dry before watering again. Burro's tail's leaves are very bountiful.
