(Stonecrop) ROCK 'N GROW® 'Coraljade' is one of the newest additions to the ROCK 'N GROW® series of sedums and is a perfect complement to ROCK 'N GROW® 'Lemonjade'. Growing 16-18" high by 26-28" wide, ROCK 'N GROW® 'Coraljade' is great for the middle of the sunny border or in containers. 'Coraljade' features deep green, succulent foliage with chartreuse green flower buds that open to a lovely light coral pink in late summer. You will have a two-toned effect with both the green and coral color displaying at the same time as each of the blooms mature. 'Coraljade' has strong sturdy stems that easily hold the abundant large flower heads without splaying open as some taller sedums are prone to. Sedums are one of the most popular plants grown by gardeners and rightly so, as they are drought tolerant, grow in average to poor soil, do not need to be fussed over, and are a favorite choice of butterflies and other pollinators. ROCK 'N GROW® 'Coraljade' is also rabbit resistant and salt tolerant and is hardy in zones 3-9, so can be grown in some of the coldest areas of the country.
