If you need to cancel a purchase, please notify me as soon as possible. *If the plants have already shipped, I can't cancel the purchase or accept returns.* RETURNS & EXCHANGES: -No returns or exchanges on plants. If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing. -Every effort will be made to securely package plants to avoid damage during shipping. Sometimes leaves will come off the plant - no matter what. I package as securely as possible to prevent any damage to the plant. However, during shipping anything can happen. If plants are damaged, you must notify me with 24 hours of delivery with a message and pictures of the damaged plants. I will either reimburse or replace the plant. SHIPPING: -I ship packages Monday and Thursday. Orders received Wednesday through Saturday will ship on Monday, orders received Sunday through Tuesday will ship on Thursday. If a shipping day falls on a holiday, your order will go out the following day. -If you need me to hold shipping because of adverse weather in your area or for any other reason, please contact me prior to ordering, so we can work it out. -Combined shipping is automatically calculated. -Etsy and PayPal addresses must match, so please make sure you confirm the address is correct on both. I am not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address or are stolen once they are delivered. Double check your shipping address on your Etsy account before you check out. **Once packages are shipped, they are out of my control.
