When mixed as directed, it provides burst protection down to -50°F. For best results, combine 1 part antifreeze concentrate with 3 parts distilled water. Mix well. Add the mixture to all fresh water intakes and pressurize the system. Allow the antifreeze to flow freely throughout all of the faucets and fixtures until the pink color appears. After the winter is over, you can flush it out of your system with fresh water for about 15 minutes or until all traces of the pink color are gone. When it's time to winterize your RV plumbing system, you can't take any shortcuts.
