Description
Alto-Shaam Inc. AR-7E-DBLPANE Rotisserie Ovens allow us to watch while scrumptious chicken cooks before us. That's the lure which brings in customers. This stainless steel electric countertop unit has 7 removable angled spits which accommodate up to 28 chickens at a time. The curved door has double pane glass to help keep in heat while allowing viewing. A recessed interior light also enhances visibility, and is safely removed from the motion of your rotisserie. The cooking temperature range for this oven is 250-425F, and when the birds are cooked, which happens in about half the time required for a conventional oven due to the combination of convection and radiant heat cooking, it automatically lowers the temperature to the holding mode, with a range of 140-210F. An LED digital display makes you aware of the internal temperature. Drip strips in the oven direct the flow of juices to the drip tray provided, which makes cleaning quicker and easier. The touch screen controls which operate the oven allow you to save up to 7 recipes. This is a stackable piece of equipment, and can be placed atop other pieces of equipment in order to save space, or can sit on its 4 inch adjustable legs on your countertop. Running at only 8.3kw, this oven uses about 30% less energy than its competitors. EcoSmart technology is what enables this efficiency.
