Description
This epoxy mortar provides excellent flexural, tensile, and compressive strength when patching or resurfacing concrete floors (See Specification Sheet for details). Most effective for floors that require patching and/or resurfacing, but do not require a lot of chemical and impact resistance. At 70 degrees F Pot life of 20-30 minutes; May be recoated in 6-7 hours; Light foot traffic in 12-14 hours; Full cure (heavy traffic) in 2-7 days Apply to a thickness of 1/8" to 1/4". At this thickness, our 5 Gallon unit covers approximately 19.15 sq ft. This system consists of resin, hardener and aggregate components. It is proudly manufactured in the USA. QuestMark 2105 Standard Epoxy Concrete Floor Patch and Resurfacer is a 3 component, 100% solids epoxy mortar designed for patching and resurfacing areas where chemical resistance and a high degree of impact resistance are not needed. It has excellent wear characteristics, and is an excellent choice for walkways, loading docks, seamless floors and general patching. It does not require a primer or topcoat to be used. The product contains no VOC content. Available in 2 sizes and 6 colors. Directions for Use: Clean repair area by removing all dirt, oil, dust or other debris. Ensure floor is dry prior to application. Mix Parts A and B together in an over-sized container until streak free. Add sand mixture and stir to a mortar consistency. Trowel on mixture at 1/8" to 1/4" thickness using a hand trowel or other suitable equipment. For cleanup, use xylol or similar product. See Technical Data Sheet for cure schedule.
