Description

Evaporative cooling fans are designed to pull hot, dry air through a water-soaked filter using a fan to decrease the ambient temperature. It DOES NOT use refrigerants to remove heat like an air conditioner. Evaporative cooling fan is optimal when used in hot, dry climates to filter ambient air while increasing the moisture and delivering 1,300 CFM of cool airflow. Not effective in high humidity areas. Evaporative cooling fans save up to 50% on electricity compared to refrigerated air conditioning systems. Using water instead of refrigerant prevents any release of ozone depleting chemicals into the air. Hessaires MC18M has a 4.8-gallon water tank creating up to 3-4 hours of use. The built-in float valve and garden hose adapter allow for easy connection and contiguous water flow without overflowing your tank.
