The new Pro Series 1600 PS3 Elite features VST, or variable smoke technology, for a cooking experience thats tailored to your specific needs. Additionally, a new 4.3" LCD touchscreen Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled controller makes it even easier to use your grills full potential. VST perfectly blends PID and Cycle cooking - providing temperature management and a Smoke Mode option for robust wood-fired flavor. You can easily toggle between Smoke Mode and PID mode to get both consistent temperatures AND the ability to enhance the amount of smoke for maximum flavor. Complete with an all-new rapid igniter, this grill gets cooking faster than ever before. With a 1, 598 square inch cooking area, you can serve a crowd or handle dinner for two.
