Please order 2 weeks in advance of the time you need this product. Paying for overnight or faster shipping service will NOT speed up production. It will take anywhere from 2-6 business days for your personalized order to go through the process of being customized before it ships!! We mainly ship via USPS and we would be happy to help you track your package if needed, however once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the postal service, we are no longer responsible for it's location. We are not responsible for missing packages if they have been scanned as delivered in your mailbox or at your address. Paying for overnight shipping does not speed up production time.
