This canister filter offers fast and easy multi-stage filtration for freshwater or saltwater aquariums and is compatible with Marineland Rite-Size Filter Cartridges. The top gasket delivers a strong seal, while the lid allows easy access to the media baskets. Its designed with stack and flow filter trays which push water through media layers for optimum mechanical, biological and chemical filtration. For self-priming startup, simply press the quick-prime button to fill the filter chamber with water. This canister filter also features a quick-release valve block that helps stop water flow right away and separates the motor housing for fast filter maintenance without spilling.
