The Balance Pro Base creates a stay flat surface that prevents oil from running to the sides of the pan. This set includes all the essential pieces needed to perform a variety of cooking techniques. It also includes three sizes of pan protectors and a melamine sponge for cleaning the pan bases. Infinite8 nonstick coating offers exceptional durability and heat transfer. Safe for use with metal utensils; silicone/wood utensils recommended. Unique wrapped rim prevents nonstick surface from chipping. Silhouette rivets ensure smooth, streamlined interior. Will not release fumes or blister if overheated. PFOA-free, PFAS-free, lead-free and cadmium-free. Tempered glass lids.
