Employees can use the accessible top oven for product with short cook times, while the bottom oven can cook foods with long bake times. To support various dishes, each compartment comes with five adjustable shelves, and the interior lights ensure product on the shelves is visible at all times.Equipped with straightforward controls, this Vulcan VC55ED electric convection oven has switches, dials, and a digital display. Dials determine the temperature and time settings, while the display helps users choose the desired level.
