It contains four wire racks plated with chrome for increased resistance to scratches and rust. This full-size oven includes a single deck and is compactly designed to enable countertop installation. To track cook times, it is equipped with a 120-minute timer.Because the Equipex FC-100G full-size countertop oven's glass door is double paned, it remains cool to the touch while product is baking. When cleaning is needed, the door can be removed to make it easier. This oven can be set at temperatures as high as 570 degrees Fahrenheit and features a two-speed fan with a reversing turbine motor to move air evenly around the oven's interior.
