This product includes six pages of posters and worksheets/graphic organizers and one page of directions for use.The first page is a poster to hang on kitchen cupboard doors and lists expectations for cleaning a kitchen. If you happen to use "colors" as a way to organize your kitchens and labs, I would recommend printing this sheet on each kitchen's designated color. The next three pages are similar except for in the use of "Kitchen Number," "Kitchen Color," or "Kitchen Name," offering you the choice based on how you manage your FCS kitchens. These sheets are to be used by each kitchen team following each lab assignment and can be turned in for review and/or credit. The final pages are blank copies of the checklists to use as pre/post assessments or as way to introduce kitchen cleaning to your students through an assignment such as, "Can you guess what it expected for a clean kitchen?" You could also use these sheets as a way to have your own written expectations for each kitchen. Additionally, the blank poster sheet could be used on the Elmo, overhead, or SmartBoard as a demonstrative notetaking mechanism. The students could have the other sheets for taking notes on cleaning kitchens.Special education teachers will appreciate using these sheets when teaching transitional life skills.Homeschooling families will also appreciate these sheets to teach life skills.
