Expertly crafted from solid wood and finished with a multi-step process that ensures rich, long-lasting color and durability, Our Elsie Nightstand is a smart storage accent to their nursery or bedroom and features one large drawer, one cubby and wooden knobs that are easy to pull. HOW IT IS CONSTRUCTED Expertly crafted from solid poplar wood, plywood, beech wood and MDF (medium density fiberboard). All wood is kiln dried for added strength and lasting beauty. Drawers are crafted using English Dovetail joinery with bottom mounted wooden glides. Half moon stoppers prevent the drawers from being pulled out all the way. Finish is applied in multi-step process using child-safe, water-based paint. The paint provides durability, richness and depth of color to each piece. Nightstand features one large drawer and one large cubby. Wooden knobs are finished in same paint color as furniture.
