It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the late spring or early summer when air temperatures are consistently between 70F and 90F and the danger of frost has passed. We recommend using a Scotts spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 inches tall.
