Ultimate Restaurant Range, natural gas, 36, (2) non-clog burners, standard grates, (1) 24 charbroiler left, standing pilot, (1) standard oven with battery spark ignition, includes (1) rack, 22-1/2 flue riser with shelf, stainless steel front, sides, shelf & 6 adjustable legs, 175,000 BTU, CSA, NSF ( Southbend - 4361D-2CL ) - The 4361D2CLNG range is made by Southbend with durable stainless steel construction. This model has two 33,000 BTU per hour burners and a 24-inch charbroiler on the range top. Both the burners and the charbroiler have removable heavy-duty cast iron grates for easy cleaning. The oven has coved corners to assist with air circulation and to make cleaning easier, and comes standard with one rack that has two positioning options. Product Details. Part of the Ultimate Range series from Southbend. Powered by natural gas. 2 non-clogging burners each achieve 33,000 BTU per hour. Heavy-duty cast iron grates. 24-in. charbroiler on left side of range. Charbroiler puts out 64,000 BTU per hour. Range top uses standing pilot ignition. Charbroiler's cast iron grates are removable for cleaning. Removable drip tray under burners. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf are durable and easy to clean. 6-in.adjustable legs ensure even installation. Gas shutoff positioned on front of range to make service and maintenance easy. 221/2-in. flue riser with shelf. Spring-assisted oven door. Oven base uses battery-spark ignition. Includes one rack with two positions. Porcelain enamel-coated oven interior for corrosion resistance with coved corners for easy cleaning. Oven achieves 45,000 BTU per hour output.
