They expanded right away but it never got to two inches. They are about 1/4 off. I am not impressed with quality but wont bother to return. I purchased four so I update after we reupholster the chair… Full review by walmart.com
I thought it was a roll of foam, as shown. Its NOT , it's a square piece of foam. Very disappointed, I had to go to Walmart and get something different Full review by walmart.com
