I use my own standard size patterns which are pretty true to size. *MEASUREMENTS NEEDED Weight, Chest, waist, inseam from crotch to foot, Out seam from waist to foot, shirt length from collar bone to where shirt should hit, dress length from collar bone to knee, and also collar bone to crotch measurements. *PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS ON THE WEEKENDS.
