Choose from five settings including Frozen, Pan, New York, Thin & Crispy, Wood Fired, and two temperatures: 350F and 750F. Control browning with five settings ranging from lighter to darker. Cook pizzas directly on the included stone for quick and even heating.The Smart Oven Pizzaiolo features ElementIQ technology to replicate the ideal environment for each type of pizza, delivering just the right amount of conductive, radiant and convective heat to the pizza. Conductive heat from the heat deck chars the bottom of the pizza. Radiant heat creates intense direct heat to create the leopard-spotted crust characteristic of wood-fired brick oven pizzas. Convective heat circulates heat throughout the oven to bake toppings without burning them.
