To bake toppings without burning them, it uses convective heat to establish 750-degree-Fahrenheit ambient temperatures. Operators can set the Element iQ® system to one of the seven presets to establish an appropriate heating environment for effectively baking New York-style, wood-fired, frozen, thin and crispy, or pan pizzas. Once the pizza type is selected, heat is distributed amongst the three heating elements, and the integrated dual-oven sensors can emit various top and bottom temperatures.
