Its black double-paneled door creates an air curtain that keeps it cool to the touch to reduce the risk of burn injury. This unit's 2-inch cooking surface accommodates four 18-inch pizzas at once. With an arched, brick-lined ceiling, it heats evenly from the top and the sides.To improve product visibility, the Marsal MB-42 deck oven's interior is outfitted with bright halogen lights. The exterior top and sides are made of stainless steel for durability and to resist rust and corrosion. Built with heavy-duty legs, the oven can be secured on many surfaces.
