For even oven temperatures, it's built with an arched, brick-lined ceiling. Its single chamber includes a 1.5-inch-thick brick cooking surface to create crispy, browned crusts. To prevent heat loss, the unit contains fiberglass insulation and a double-paneled door that creates an air shield to stay cool to the touch.The top and sides of the Marsal MB-236 deck oven are made of durable stainless steel that withstands high-volume use and resists rust and corrosion.
