The Arcam receiver provides exceptional high fidelity music that will satisfy the person seeking a great music player from a surround sound home environment unit and the quality of surround sound dialogue and overall Dolby Atmos sound is excellent. However, the receiver is temperamental and regularly does not respond to remote control input, and the problems with the unit working well with basic mainstream components such as cable box and Apple TV are a problem for such a high end unit. Additionally, the customer service is top-notch and the remote requires some effort to learn all the capabilities of the receiver.
