A violent rampage rocked Far Rockaway, Queens on Sunday morning.Police said a man stabbed his own family to death, killing four people, including two children, before attacking two responding officers.

Police said Courtney Gordon, 38, stabbed two police officers who were responding to a domestic violence case. One of the officers shot Gordon.

Four family members were killed in a stabbing spree in Queens early Sunday morning that also wounded another person in the home and two officers, the New York Police Department said.

At least four people were fatally stabbed, including two children ages 11 and 12, early Sunday at a New York City home when a suspect went on what authorities allege was a "rampage," allegedly setting fire to the couch in the residence and slashing two police officers with a kitchen knife before being shot to death.
