ATLANTA — The final three defendants remaining of the original 28 indicted in the YSL gang case are scheduled Friday for a pre-trial conference. The full scope of what will be covered in the conference isn't clear, but it marks another step closer toward the second YSL trial eventually getting underway.

Damekion Garlington, Demise McMullen and Christian Eppinger -- appeared in court this morning for a pretrial conference.

ATLANTA — Another defendant has entered a guilty plea, and three others will go to trial after a plea hearing on Monday in the trial for the remaining YSL defendants. A final plea hearing was held Monday afternoon for Tenquarius Mender, who has yet to make it to trial in the YSL RICO case.
