Cardiff University bosses have defended the way a process to cut hundreds of jobs and axe some departments has been handled.

The presidents at Knott’s Berry Farm and Six Flags Magic Mountain have been let go as part of ongoing cost-cutting after Six Flags' $8-billion merger with Cedar Fair.
