While heat continues to grip Texas, a threat of thunderstorms, large hail and damaging winds continues into the week for the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Monday will bring more strong storms to many of the same places that have faced strong storms during the last few days. The Central and Southern Plains, as well as portions of the Ozarks will have the highest threat for severe storms.
