Another risk of severe storms is expected to come into Oklahoma on Tuesday. KOCO 5 Meteorologist Jonathan Conder says parts of western Oklahoma are a level-two slight and a level-one marginal risk. The area could see scattered storms and damage reports. Jonathan says the main concern is for big hail, and there is a low tornado risk.

Millions of Americans in the western and central US have been baking with record-breaking temperatures being reported, but the first October storm system is bringing big changes that include heavy rain and snow that will break the heat.

One of the season’s first fall storms is brewing this week and will likely bring snow to the higher elevations in the west, heavy rain and severe weather to the Plains and cooler temperatures from the central U.
