Russian forces launched a mass overnight drone attack on Ukraine's Black Sea port city of Odesa, wounding three people and damaging many apartments, local officials said early on Tuesday.

As Russian drones attack Odesa following a broken ceasefire, international negotiations loom in London, raising hopes for an end to the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the attack was “one of the most outrageous” as he planned to cut short his official trip to South Africa and return home.
