A cause of death for British soap opera star Paul Danan has been determined. The actor died in January from the combined toxicity of heroin, methadone, codeine, pregabalin, cocaine and zopiclone, as well as benzodiazepine use, an officer with the Avon Coroner in England confirmed to USA TODAY on Wednesday. He was 46.

This article contains mentions of death and drug use.  Love Island alum Paul Danan was found dead at his home in Brislington on January 15. Although foul play involving family was ruled out, the circumstance of his death at 46 seemed suspicious.
