IMF raises its Asia growth forecast for 2024, highlights India's growth and China stimulus as key drivers
The IMF raised its Asia growth forecast for this year to 4.5%, up 0.3 percentage points from six months earlier. IMF calls India "the world's fastest-growing major economy." It also said, however, the biggest risk for Asia's economy is an extended correction in China's property sector.
