Rue21, a Pennsylvania-based teen fashion retailer, is closing all its stores in Oregon and nationwide after filing for bankruptcy on Thursday. According to the bankruptcy court filings, Rue21 plans to shutter all its 543 stores across the country over the next two months while conducting going-out-of-business sales.
