Bradley Rein, the driver charged in the deadly crash​ at the Hingham Apple Store last year, had his bail revoked for two months Tuesday.

Bail has been revoked for the man charged with murder after his SUV slammed into the window of the Apple Store at the Derby Street Shops in Hingham last year because he failed to keep his GPS monitoring bracelet charged,

It is unfortunate that the court’s penalty was disproportionate to my client’s failure to keep the monitoring device fully charged,” Bradley Rein's attorney said.
