Fortnite was banned from the Apple App Store in 2020, but was allowed back last year, according to Reuters, following pressure from European Union authorities to be sure it aligned with the Digital Markets Act, an EU regulation aimed at making the digital economy fair.

Not only has Fortnite not returned to U.S. iPhones in the App Store, it’s now suspended from those European iPhones which had it.

Apple has blocked Fortnite access on iPhones in the U.S. and EU, according to Epic Games. The ongoing dispute, rooted in a 2020 challenge to Apple's commission fees, has led to Fortnite's absence from Apple's platforms for years,
