Each Shower Base has a thick layer of hi-gloss acrylic that is non-porous, attractive and resists mold and mildew growth making the Valley product hygienic and perfect for your home. The acrylic surface sheet is reinforced with a proprietary resin material which is covered by a layer of Canadian wood and another layer of proprietary resin material to reinforce the base and eliminate the flexing experienced in other products. There are many inexpensive upgrades you can change in your bathroom later, but you want to put the very best shower base or Tub in your bath to ensure no leaks and save the expense of having to replace the unit later.
