If the roots have dried, soak them in water about 24 -48 hours before planting. Dig a hole twice the diameter of the root system and two feet deep. Replace some of the loose soil so that the roots can easily penetrate the soil. Spread the roots on top of the soil, planting it at soil level. Firm soil and water well.
